His very own dirt pit!

This weekend Logan's parents were here and they helped us build a raised bed. Well actually they did most of it :) Jerry built it and Sherri planted the tomatoes and peppers she started from seed. Drew LOVED helping build with his tools and clapped for the drill when Jerry used it. Then he had a grand ol' time with Sherri in the dirt and was a great help mixing the different kinds together. He started on the outside of the bed with his rake and ended up in the middle of it covered head to toe in dirt. He ended up getting it in his eyes and then starting to eat a lot of it, so I had to be the bad guy and pull him out (the last photo is him screaming about me wiping the HUGE amount of dirt out of his mouth). He has been talking about it ever since and I think he believes that Nana and Pops made him his very own dirt pit and he is confused about why there are plants in there now. Sherri was saying he was her kind of "guy" and calling him "My Guy" and so Drew started cracking up and saying, "Guh Guy!". You can tell how much he loves his Nana and Pops!
